The Role
As the Sales Team Lead for the POS team, you will lead the commercial team responsible for onboarding new merchants both virtually and in-person to our POS and electronic invoicing solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop commercial strategies to provide excellent service to clients both virtually and face-to-face.
Assist in closing new deals for POS and other Bold products.
Identify areas for improvement and adjustments within the commercial team.
Continuously monitor and track sales reports, pipelines, CRM, and other tools relevant to the area.
Plan the strategic training and motivation schedule for the sales team.
