- Lead the SDR and Closer teams focused on generating and converting opportunities within the active client base (upsell and cross-sell), ensuring goal achievement and consistent follow-up rituals;
- Develop and scale processes to ensure operational predictability and efficiency;
- Monitor performance and revenue metrics (expansion MRR, volume, conversion rates, etc.), implementing strategies for continuous result optimization;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team, providing constructive feedback and development plans;
- Recruit, develop, and structure the team according to the growth of operations and business needs;
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure that both short-term and long-term goals are met.
