Efficiently execute repair orders as assigned.
Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify necessary repairs.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet our high standards.
Keep accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
Adhere to all shop policies and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills, including participation in company and Ford Certification programs.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
