Your Daily Responsibilities
- Identify potential workloads and use cases in existing accounts to drive increased Atlas consumption through your own pipeline generation and proactive outreach.
- Communicate the value of MongoDB's comprehensive feature set and continuously evolving data platform.
- Assist customers at every stage of their journey, addressing inquiries and promoting optimal product utilization.
- Build and nurture relationships within customer accounts to enhance visibility and foster deeper partnerships with decision-makers.
- Strategically explore various industries using a data-driven approach to expand customer workloads.
