Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving history are essential.At least three years of recent maintenance experience with commercial HVAC systems is required; certification is preferred.A minimum of three years of recent maintenance experience, including repair of commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment, is required.Basic understanding and capability to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems are required.Familiarity with OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures is crucial.Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Intermediate mathematical skills.Capacity to read and interpret site drawings.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Our company provides a service vehicle, all necessary tools, equipment, a cellular phone/iPad, and a laptop. Become a vital part of our operations, ensuring that approximately 15 of our store locations near Savannah, GA are functioning optimally.
Your role will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems across various food and retail establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair in alignment with warranty and industry standards.
- Maintain effective communication with the service tech supervisor and store management regarding repair progress.
- Document same-day work order repair notes and submit them to the supervisor, ensuring accurate charge allocations.
- Oversee truck stock to confirm the availability of required parts.
- Uphold the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in line with company standards.
- Conduct safety inspections of facility interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues.
- Perform all repairs, equipment handling, and work activities in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Exemplify behaviors that align with our company’s mission; ensure guests and team members receive top-tier support.
- Adhere to all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
