Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have a positive driving history.A minimum of three years of recent maintenance experience with commercial HVAC systems is required, certification preferred.A minimum of three years of recent maintenance experience in repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment is required.Basic knowledge and understanding of commercial plumbing and electrical systems are necessary.Familiarity with OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures is important.Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is beneficial.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Intermediate mathematical skills.Ability to read and interpret site drawings.Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.

We provide a fully equipped company service vehicle, tools, equipment, cellular phone/iPad, and laptop to facilitate your work. Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of approximately 15 store locations near Saint Cloud, MN.
Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems across various food and retail establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs in compliance with warranty and industry standards.
- Maintain clear communication with service tech supervisors and store management regarding repair statuses.
- Document same-day work order repairs and communicate with supervisors to ensure accurate charge allocations.
- Oversee truck stock to guarantee that necessary parts are readily available.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in alignment with company standards.
- Conduct safety and maintenance inspections of facility interiors and exteriors.
- Ensure that repairs and work activities adhere to OSHA regulations.
- Exemplify behaviors that align with the company’s mission; provide exceptional support to guests and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
