Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
Serve as a broker for commercial clients, providing expert advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
Effectively convert leads into loyal commercial insurance clients.
Achieve and surpass established sales targets and KPIs, including client retention and premium income.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Customer Service
Deliver professional and prompt customer service through phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings.
Address client inquiries efficiently, resolve complaints, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain a customer-first attitude in all interactions.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to create optimal solutions for clients.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure all interactions and transactions are documented accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Maintain a well-organized and safe work environment, whether onsite or remote.
Stay current with industry changes, regulatory updates, and internal training needs.
