Your role will involve fostering strong relationships, underwriting and contracting, facilitating funding, and providing exceptional post-funding support. We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge of the commercial equipment finance sector, sharp analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with lenders and sales teams to ensure the precise and timely execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with lending partners, sales personnel, and internal departments.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each lender’s program from submission to funding.

Underwriting
• Assist Fleet Account Sales Managers in evaluating commercial leasing credit requests for both new and existing clients nationwide.
• Conduct analysis of personal and business credit profiles, including those of guarantors and co-borrowers.
• Assess and interpret financial statements for government and commercial clients; perform trend analysis and evaluate repayment capabilities.
• Prepare financial statement spreads and drafting opportunity memos for lender presentations.
• Confirm customer compliance, verifying officers, authorized signers, and ownership structures.
• Negotiate with lenders and structure leasing solutions.

• Assist team members with quality control on funding documentation.
