We specialize solely in commercial lines, with a significant focus on serving artisan contractors, including electricians, plumbers, and roofers. Our expertise extends to managing both Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Workers’ Compensation coverage, with average account sizes typically around $30,000, and ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.

Responsibilities
Oversee and service a portfolio of commercial lines clients, handling premiums between $3M and $5M.
Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with clients and insurance carriers.
Manage the processing of renewals, endorsements, certificates, and audits efficiently.
Work collaboratively with producers and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Recognize and pursue opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management is essential.
Possession of a California Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
Experience working with artisan contractors (electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.) is highly desired.
Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation policies is strongly preferred.
Experience in a retail, independent insurance agency is required.
Proven ability to manage a book of business with premiums of at least $3M.
Must demonstrate excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere is crucial.
Pay & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 – $115,000 (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
