Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Commercial Sales Manager to spearhead and expand our Commercial/SMB sector. You will lead a dynamic team of high-performing sales professionals focused on commercial clients, playing a pivotal role in building sales pipelines, enhancing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will closely align with her collaborative and data-driven leadership style. This position involves both strategic development and operational execution: you will refine existing processes, create new strategies, and consistently elevate team performance in a manner that is transparent, equitable, and supportive.

Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and nurturing a Commercial sales team (Junior Account Executives, Commercial Account Executives), including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and daily management.
Owning pipeline and revenue objectives for the Commercial/Small Business segment and guiding the team to consistently meet or exceed them.
Developing and refining sales strategies for small business customers, including campaign design, outreach sequences, and engagement initiatives.
