Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Commis Chef at Club Millesime, where you will be pivotal in maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen section while upholding our service and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with various departments to foster strong working relationships.
- Supporting the Chef de Partie, Junior Sous, Sous, Executive Sous, and Executive Chef in all kitchen activities.
- Managing a section of the kitchen to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Demonstrating proficiency in fundamental cooking techniques, including the preparation of meats, seafood, starch, fruits, vegetables, and desserts.
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes in accordance with established recipes and Sofitel Food and Beverage Brand standards.
- Staying informed of departmental targets and actively contributing to their achievement as part of a cohesive team.
- Assisting Senior Chefs with menu preparation and ensuring all necessary supplies are on hand for service.
- Adhering to service and brand standards throughout your shift.
