Undertake tasks assigned by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Partie, adhering to established standards.
Perform miscellaneous duties related to the kitchen as required.
Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and maintain accurate records consistently.
Surpass guest expectations in both food quality and service.
Report any issues that may affect the hotel’s interests to Management.
Guarantee that food preparation and presentation meet the hotel's high standards.
