Enjoy a schedule that respects your personal time with no shifts on Sundays and no late-night hours past 7 PM.
Your working hours will vary based on your schedule, with shifts starting between 6 AM and 11 AM and ending between 2 PM and 7 PM.
As a Commis, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the seamless production process while adhering to the quality standards of Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya.
- Preparing our full range of products including Sushis, Makis, California rolls, and Spring Rolls.
- Mastering our recipes to guarantee consistency and excellence.
- Setting up refrigeration units and food preparations.
- Following HACCP regulations to maintain food safety.
- Daily checking the expiration dates of products in display cases and refrigerators.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the stand through regular cleaning and restocking.
- Organizing stock inventory efficiently.
