Are you a passionate cook with experience in brasseries or other types of restaurants? Are you looking for a fresh start in a work environment that prioritizes work-life balance? At Hana Group, we offer a unique opportunity where you will enjoy your Sundays off and no late-night shifts after 7 PM.
Our working hours are flexible, with shifts starting between 6 AM and 11 AM, and ending between 2 PM and 7 PM.
This is a full-time (CDI 35H) position. As a Commis, your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to the standards of Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya.
Preparing our entire range of products, including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls.
Mastering all recipes and culinary techniques.
Setting up refrigerators and food preparations.
Following HACCP hygiene regulations meticulously.
Checking the expiration dates of products daily in our display cases and fridges.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the stand, including cleaning and restocking.
Managing inventory and stock organization.
