MSX is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Communication and Press Vehicle Management Analyst. This role supports the press and communication activities of our client by blending strategic coordination, operational excellence, and media management to ensure smooth communication processes and top-tier brand representation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Press Fleet and Vehicle Management
- Plan and reserve vehicles for media and stakeholders.
- Specify and request press vehicles in collaboration with product managers.
- Oversee technical reviews and the shooting process of new press vehicles.
- Prepare monthly bulletins on press fleet availability and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with client fleet policies and manage logistics for brand ambassadors.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate media reports and updates.
- Create market sheets and conduct monthly clipping analyses.
- Monitor media coverage and assess performance following press vehicle loans and events.
- Provide relevant insights to enhance communication strategies.
Platform and Tool Management
- Maintain media monitoring platforms and update content daily.
- Ensure timely uploads and accurate archiving of communication materials.
- Manage platform operations.
Media Relations
- Prepare press books, newsletters, and keep media and stakeholder contact databases updated.
- Support documentation related to events and manage invitation follow-ups.
- Deliver high-quality press materials ahead of media cycles.
