We are seeking a passionate and strategic **Communications Director for Foreign Policy** & **Concerned Veterans for America (CVA)** who will spearhead impactful communication strategies and media engagements that promote foreign policy initiatives grounded in realism and restraint. This pivotal role will drive cohesive efforts to amplify CVA’s voice among federal, state, and grassroots audiences while managing a diverse portfolio that spans veteran affairs, foreign policy, economic, and energy matters. The Communications Director will play an integral role in defining CVA’s public narrative following a major brand refresh and strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic instincts, extensive experience in crisis communications, and a track record in rapid-response public relations. This role demands sound judgment, narrative fluency, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment to capitalize on both immediate media opportunities and long-term public discourse shaping. The Communications Director will be central to CVA's transition from a primary focus on veterans’ healthcare and foreign policy to a broader agenda that encompasses economics, energy, and other national policy priorities.
