Job Purpose
The Communications Manager (CM) will oversee all communication and information systems related to the project. You will manage daily communications within the Security Command & Control Centre (SCCC), ensuring effective coordination with project personnel and assets according to Client directives.
As a CM, you will ensure that all communications equipment is compliant with Iraqi government regulations, client requirements, and Control Risks' procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the communications strategy (SOP) while leading the operations communications team.
- Manage the Tetra communication system for effective client operations.
- Act as a liaison among various Client departments, including IT, ROOHSE Land Transport, and GIS.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the installation, modification, and testing of telecommunications systems.
- Participate in the planning and development of new telecommunications sites and facilities to support client initiatives.
- Oversee the work of CONTRACTOR technicians and coordinators in the installation and maintenance of communication systems both in the field and office.
- Travel to various sites to install and maintain communication-related equipment as required.
- Conduct emergency repairs and evaluations of communication systems as directed by the client.
- Prepare tender-related information for equipment as requested.
- Analyze and troubleshoot communication systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate all communication and secure field location requirements to support client operations.
- Manage personnel arrangements, including rotation planning and leave coordination, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain training and personnel records for all communications staff.
- Assist the client Security Department in the technical development and delivery of training courses.
