Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Communications Specialist with at least 7 years of experience in marketing and communications. The ideal candidate will excel in writing and editing, possess a strong project and program management skill set, and effectively manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. A proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills are vital for this role, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with change management processes is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Craft, refine, and lead internal communications, encompassing presentation materials, newsletters, FAQs, program updates, risk mitigation strategies, and user adoption content.
- Digital Engagement: Create and oversee captivating content for digital platforms, including intranet sites, and spearhead educational campaigns.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to underpin communication strategies and assess the success of communication initiatives through data analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Stakeholder Assessment: Assist in identifying audience needs through impact assessments, interviews, and user experience mapping.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, ensure consistent messaging, and support diverse communication objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee communication projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and deadlines.
