As the Community Engagement Lead at JETSET Pilates, you will play an essential role in cultivating a vibrant community atmosphere within our studio, focusing on enhancing client experiences and ensuring consistent service quality. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll manage a team of Studio Leads and actively engage in the studio's daily operations. This multifaceted position requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional client care, sales acumen, networking skills, and hands-on involvement in front-of-house activities. Your contributions will be crucial to client retention, new client onboarding, and spearheading local marketing efforts to elevate JETSET Pilates within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to Studio Leads to foster a unified and high-performing team. This includes onboarding new hires and facilitating training sessions in collaboration with the General Manager.
Carry out studio lead responsibilities, including managing Mindbody and AXLE systems, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, and processing sales transactions. Participate in opening and closing duties, and address client inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, working closely with Studio Leads to ensure a warm welcome and seamless integration into the JETSET community.
Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility. Assist in creating and supporting local marketing campaigns to attract new clients and bolster the studio's presence in the community. Promote JETSET through 3-4 local events or tabling opportunities each month.
Regularly assess Net Promoter Scores and proactively address any feedback from detractors.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, with the expectation of working morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
