As an integral member of the Make Progress (MP) team, the Community Life Associate plays a vital role in cultivating a safe and welcoming residential environment at the Women's Center. This position involves creating a trauma-informed community that nurtures positive relationships with God and each other, while assisting clients in achieving their independent living aspirations. Responsibilities include welcoming and orienting new clients, mentoring them in adherence to Community Life Guidelines, overseeing daily community responsibilities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high standards of hospitality and safety. Effective communication skills are essential for facilitating a supportive client experience and addressing any concerns that may arise.
