Spectrum Association Management is launching a new division dedicated to the management of condominium communities known as KIWI Condo Management. We are in search of a highly skilled and proactive Community Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive management of condominium communities, ensuring top-notch service and operational excellence. You will act as the primary contact for the Board of Directors, residents, and service providers, facilitating seamless daily operations for up to six condominium buildings. The position is based in our Chandler office and requires strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a customer-centric approach to foster high-quality living environments.
We require candidates to have between 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in proactive roles. While we offer training in HOA management, experience in customer service, administration, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, insurance, budgeting, finance, legal matters, and vendor management will be advantageous. This position will help you further develop these skills and provide a solid foundation for your career in business and administration.

What Is a Community Manager?
The Community Manager is essentially the face of our organization, wearing many hats in this multifaceted role. As a liaison between the HOA’s Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, you will take full ownership of completing projects and tasks, championing customer service, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing your portfolio of condominiums—all while maintaining a positive attitude.
