Join us as a Community Manager for Korea at Aptos Foundation, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our vibrant community in the Korean blockchain ecosystem. Your engagement will span across developers, node operators, content creators, founders, and educators, driving the growth of our local network.
This position is ideal for a proactive, crypto-savvy professional who understands the nuances of community building in Korea. Your mission will be to foster a dynamic and resilient community while aligning efforts with our global initiatives.
You will lead the development and expansion of our community on various digital platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter, our Forum, and popular local platforms like KakaoTalk and Naver. Serving as a bridge between our global community and the Korean market, your role is vital.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with our Korean team members focused on business development, partnerships, and ecosystem growth. Additionally, successful community expansion will involve close coordination with our APAC marketing team and the Head of Community.
As part of the Community Team, you will contribute to strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis. We prioritize maintaining a positive culture that promotes community health and an enriching experience for all members. Our goal is to cultivate a strong, resilient, and joyful community of contributors! You will collaborate with a dedicated, cross-functional team of community managers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a vision and strategy for sustainable community growth and development.
Establish objectives and key results for weekly reporting.
Devise strategies to engage and onboard community members from outside the Aptos ecosystem, educating them about its unique benefits.
Foster community engagement, turning new members into advocates for our project.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Community and APAC Marketing Lead to implement your strategies.
Manage and grow the Korean Collective.
Support Korean ambassadors through grants, resources, and other assistance in partnership with our Head of Community and Collective Manager.
Organize events and activations, overseeing planning, scheduling, promotion, and execution.
