Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Lead pre-leasing and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy and rental rate targets for the new development.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain 100% data accuracy and optimize prospect engagement.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the on-site team, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll approvals.
- Maintain proactive communication with ownership to navigate challenges, provide updates, and present the Ownership Agenda.
- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze market trends to ensure the property remains a premier choice in the area.
- Manage cash flow, monitor operating variances, and implement strategies for receivables collection.
Leasing & Brand Awareness
- Demonstrate best practices in the leasing office, using professional techniques to enhance team performance and achieve occupancy goals.
- Act as the primary brand advocate, identifying new opportunities to increase visibility and engagement in the market.
