As the Community Marketing Specialist for Japan, you will spearhead the growth of the Asana Together community program in the region. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing tailored recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies, as well as organizing events to invigorate local customer communities. Collaborating with internal teams across community, marketing, and sales, as well as influential regional partners, you'll explore innovative channels and methods to enhance community activation.
This position is based in our Tokyo office, featuring a hybrid work model. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while most employees have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays. Fridays may also offer remote work options, subject to your role and team collaboration needs.
