Qualifications
Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in investigating and preparing cases for court, in either civil or criminal settings.Thorough understanding of neighbour nuisance issues and the available remedies for landlords and tenants, including possession and injunctions.Extensive knowledge of Anti-Social Behaviour procedures and legislation.A relevant qualification, such as HNC in Housing Studies, is preferred.Up-to-date knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2014, Housing Act, and current developments in landlord and tenant law.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.A strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Effective presentation skills in diverse settings.Must reside within a commutable distance of BD17 7BN and be available for weekly office attendance.A full driving license and access to a vehicle for field inspections and home visits throughout the Bradford District.Authorized to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations and enforce tenancy conditions, particularly concerning high-level ASB and nuisance cases.
- Draft legal documents such as witness statements and ASB injunctions.
- Perform onsite inspections and conduct home visits.
- Collaborate with external agencies, including the Police, and participate in relevant meetings.
- Prepare cases for civil court hearings.
