Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing targets. Maintain an organized responsibility checklist in the new home studio. Proactively manage customer traffic, referrals, and various lead generation strategies. Ensure a smooth sales process by coordinating efforts between buyers, agents, and lenders. Develop and update marketing materials and signage for all communities. Participate in regular studio and company meetings. Keep all company files organized and accessible in the studio. Communicate effectively with mortgage lenders to verify documentation and track loan processing for timely closings. Complete any additional tasks as assigned. What We Seek:A proven track record of independent and collaborative work with diverse employee levels. Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and urgently. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational capabilities.
