As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children, implementing customized behavior intervention strategies designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based methods, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively decreasing challenging behaviors.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are dedicated to empowering children with autism to reach their fullest potential. Patience, empathy, and teamwork are vital skills for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary tools to succeed, even if you are new to this field. Please note that the nature of this work requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
