In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks, all while helping to minimize challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel equipped and confident in your role. Please note that working with children can be physically demanding; therefore, you should be comfortable with various physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
