You will utilize your industry expertise, strong communication abilities, and leadership qualities to steer clients in the water, gas, or electric sectors at every step of their journey with AMCS.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete project lifecycle, from customer onboarding, system configuration, and training to adoption and retention.Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and workflows, transforming these insights into actionable project plans and effective solution configurations.Deliver engaging product training and support tailored to diverse user groups, including executives, operational teams, and field personnel.Collaborate with internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Account Management, and Support to provide seamless experiences for customers.Proactively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with both customer goals and AMCS standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, training materials, and communication resources.Serve as a trusted contact, using empathy and confidence to lead consultative discussions, address challenges, and drive strategic alignment.Identify and address project risks proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
