Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car with business insurance.Relevant experience in community healthcare settings.Qualification in S/NVQ Level 2 or 3, or an equivalent certificate/diploma.Strong emotional resilience and the ability to work independently, with ongoing training and support provided.Recent experience in caring for individuals with life-limiting illnesses or palliative care needs.

Join our dedicated team as a Healthcare Assistant within the Hospice Care at Home Overnight Service, supporting patients and their families in Bradford & Airedale and surrounding areas. Your role will involve delivering compassionate care during the night, ensuring that patients receive the support they need in their own homes.
Working Hours: Part-time – 27 hours per week, with various 9-hour night shifts available (10 PM – 7 AM).
Salary: Competitive Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2, currently £24,465 per annum (increasing to £24,853 from 1st April 2026), plus enhancements (pro rata).

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential palliative care and emotional support to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
