Understanding Private Duty Nursing:
- Traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s, or 10’s)
- Hands-on care with one client at a time
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients while supporting their milestones
- Care for clients from infancy to geriatrics
Your Daily Responsibilities at BAYADA:
- Travel to client homes in your area on a schedule that works for you
- Follow, implement, and document doctors' orders accurately
- Conduct assessments and monitor clients' health conditions
- Thoroughly document observations, interventions, and evaluations
