- Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations as well as Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
- Oversee the admissions process for new residents, including completing all necessary assessments and documentation.
- Develop and implement acute and long-term care or service plans for residents.
- Assist in clinical system tracking, such as wound care or infection control, under the guidance of the director.
- Provide general health consultations to community residents.
- Communicate any changes in residents’ health to physicians and family members, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary care.
- Foster strong communication with all departments and staff members.
- Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff to promote health awareness.
- Ensure confidentiality of resident and prospective resident information is maintained.
- Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as required.
