Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RNs):
- Adhere to a designated care plan tailored to the patient’s needs.
- Conduct home visits to clients within specific geographic territories.
- Perform assigned tasks, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up, execute, and accurately document doctors’ orders.
