Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home speech therapy services tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assess patient mobility, strength, and functionality to establish effective treatment objectives.
- Develop and execute impactful rehabilitation and therapeutic programs for adult and geriatric patients.
- Educate patients and their families about recovery strategies and preventive care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of home health care activities.

Qualifications:
- Active CCC SLP license and BLS CPR certification.
- Familiarity with basic technology, including email, texting, tablets, and EMR systems (training provided).
- Reliable transportation for home visits.

This position is compensated on a per-visit basis, with evaluation visits earning between $80 and $85. Additional visit types have varying rates. Final compensation will reflect experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Benefits eligibility is contingent upon employment status and weekly hours worked, with some full-time positions qualifying for medical benefits and PTO.
