Qualifications
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Compensation Management:Develop and manage a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and goals for talent acquisition and retention.Conduct market trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive.Executive Compensation:Oversee executive compensation programs, including base salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance principles in executive compensation practices.Incentive Programs:Design and manage variable pay programs, including annual incentives, sales commissions, and profit-sharing plans.Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and suggest adjustments as necessary.Stock Plan Administration:Create and implement stock administration policies and procedures.Administer equity incentive plans, ensuring timely and accurate processing of stock grants, exercises, and releases.Maintain accurate records of equity transactions and participant information.Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of long-term equity compensation strategies in alignment with organizational goals.Analyze market trends and industry best practices to recommend enhancements to existing stock plans.Financial Reporting:Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure precise reporting of equity-related expenses.Assist during external audits related to stock-based compensation.Salary Structure and Job Evaluation:Design and maintain the organization’s salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job classifications and salary grades.Compensation and Equity Communications:Partner with the Rollins internal communications team to effectively convey compensation and equity programs to our teammates, fostering transparency and understanding.
