Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analyses to support Leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Perform market benchmarking to establish competitive pay structures that facilitate business growth.
- Engage in the research, design, and implementation of innovative compensation programs.
- Assist with international expansions and mergers & acquisitions.
- Work closely with the Recruiting team to optimize processes and manage offer escalations.
- Create and maintain tools that improve the efficiency of compensation initiatives.
- Integrate AI technologies into compensation workflows.
- Enhance clarity, transparency, and understanding of compensation practices at Scale.
