Primary Responsibilities
- Program Administration: Lead the comprehensive management of non-cyclical pay programs and award nominations.
- Cycle Support: Assist in bi-annual compensation cycles, which include data audits, equity evaluations, and market survey submissions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting Operations to ensure seamless processing of equity grants and pay adjustments.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update compensation hubs, job architecture tables, and playbooks to uphold data integrity.
