Key Responsibilities
Direct the functional implementation team across HR HQ and various countries for the Compensation module (e.g., Salary review).
Collect and evaluate requirements: Document global and local compensation policies, salary frameworks, and bonus programs.
Craft solutions: Develop compensation templates, rules, budgets, and approval workflows within Employee Central.
Prepare and verify data: Assist in data migration, ensure data integrity, and create test scenarios.
Conduct testing and integration: Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate workflows, and guarantee smooth integration with payroll and performance management systems.
Educate and assist: Provide user training, facilitate change management, and offer post-launch support.
Ensure successful deployment across more than 20 countries.
Advise the HR business on solution design and industry best practices.
