YOUR ROLE AT CELTIC BANK
- Conduct research to understand and interpret industry compliance regulations and policies.
- Assess compliance risks associated with Bank and SLP products and operational processes.
- Help develop and execute test scripts aimed at gauging compliance with laws and regulations.
- Analyze and review policies, procedures, and operational controls to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with employees and management across business units to evaluate compliance processes.
- Communicate identified deficiencies and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in reporting monitoring and testing activities, including conclusions and action plans to management.
- Support preparation for Regulatory Exams.
- Stay informed about compliance requirements and regulatory amendments.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by management.
