About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will co-lead JetBrains’ ethics, anti-bribery, conflict of interest, and whistleblowing program. Your mission will be to fortify our integrity controls across the EU, U.S., and beyond while providing business teams with actionable and clear guidance.
What You’ll Do:
- Co-lead the ABC program, promoting frameworks for gifts/hospitality, conflict of interest, and the Code of Conduct.
- Oversee whistleblowing protocols and case management, assisting in internal investigations.
- Conduct integrity and third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and conflict of interest reviews.
- Facilitate global ethics training and awareness initiatives.
- Enhance and maintain policies, workflows, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Act as a point of escalation for sensitive integrity concerns.
