The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to become a vital part of our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, your role will involve executing essential components of our compliance program while collaborating with various departments to ensure our products adhere to the latest state and federal regulations. This position is key to maintaining our commitment to regulatory excellence.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Conduct Compliance Testing: Carry out regular compliance risk assessments and formal control tests across the organization to identify vulnerabilities and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Manage Complaints: Create and oversee a comprehensive program for managing significant consumer complaints, ensuring that feedback is categorized, investigated, and addressed according to regulatory standards and internal service level agreements (SLAs). Analyze complaint trends to uncover systemic issues and collaborate with Operations and Product teams to implement root-cause solutions.
Oversee Third-Party Compliance: Manage the compliance lifecycle for third-party vendors and partners, including conducting due diligence, assessing compliance controls, and performing ongoing monitoring.
What You Bring to The Team:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in compliance, legal, or risk management within the Fintech or Financial Services sector, including experience with legal service providers and consultancies.
Enthusiasm and Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for transforming compliance workflows through emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
