The Compliance Manager plays an essential role in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of business practices within Omnicom Health Group. Reporting directly to the VP of Compliance Operations, this individual is entrusted with overseeing client service quality, enhancing operational integrity, and fostering a culture of compliance.

This role demands the ability to weave these unique experiences into the strategies and solutions we offer our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract management including tracking key dates, reviewing, approving, and finalizing Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and maintaining comprehensive contract databases.
- Collaborate with Risk Management to ensure adequate insurance coverage in MSAs.
- Work closely with Privacy and Compliance teams to review Data Privacy Agreements and related terms.
- Maintain an organized Statement of Work (SOW) library and assist with client onboarding processes.
- Coordinate internal workflows across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and authorize corporate filing invoices and administer standard contract templates.
- Facilitate the execution of Ambassador Contracts and manage the Individual Rights Request Process.
- Propose improvements aimed at increasing quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
