About the Role:
The Compounding Pharmacist plays a vital role in overseeing compounding operations within our state-of-the-art laboratory. You will ensure that all compounding activities are conducted with the utmost accuracy and adherence to quality standards. In this leadership position, you will supervise pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes high-quality compounded medication preparation. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contributing to training initiatives. Reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and the Pharmacist-In-Charge, your commitment to patient safety and quality care will be paramount.
This position is for the Sun-Wed shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If this schedule does not suit you, please review our other available shifts.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all compounding staff, including pharmacy technicians and support personnel
Conduct and accurately document compounding processes, quality assurance checks, and the dispensing of compounded medications
Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations while maximizing patient safety
