The Role
We are seeking a seasoned luxury service leader eager to establish world-class operations and amplify their impact within our rapidly growing company. As the Concierge Manager, you will oversee shift-level operations spanning four essential functions: Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Process Management. You will lead a team of Team Leads responsible for managing specialists, ensuring that every client receives five-star treatment, while developing systems that foster excellence and scalability.
