- Develop a clear Team Mission Statement that articulates the roles and responsibilities of the team.
- Define individual Team Roles with precise descriptions and duties, ensuring measurement criteria are established for each position. This aims to provide clarity on job expectations.
- Deliver a comprehensive Team Roadmap outlining the services provided by the team.
- Maintain alignment between actual and forecasted entries on a weekly basis. The manager has the authority to reallocate resources in response to emerging issues, although this should be the exception.
- Oversee time reporting, ensuring adherence to established timelines for resource time entry.
- Guarantee that all resources are properly allocated within the service delivery framework of the team.
- As the manager, review and approve timesheets in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring compliance.
- Ensure that the team does not appear negatively on compliance reports.
- Review time reporting accuracy in the appropriate categories.
- Facilitate onboarding training for new hires.
- Possess experience in various Software Development methodologies, including Extreme, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with CMII and IEEE standards is required.
