As a Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing, leading, and evaluating conflict analysis workshops tailored for summer experiential learning programs, in collaboration with the Davis Collaborative in Conflict Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive facilitator training, both individually and collaboratively with the Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitator cohort (training will be conducted in person during March, April, and May, with remote sessions throughout the summer).
Co-facilitate the interactive Conflict Styles workshop during the in-person program in May.
Research and develop relevant conflict case studies to enhance the summer experiential learning experience for participants. For more details on the summer 2025 program, visit: program information.
Prepare and lead Conflict Analysis workshops for summer programs in a remote format.
Evaluate and report on workshop outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide support to fellow Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitators as needed.
