Your Responsibilities:
Engagement with Subscribers:

Assistance:
Provide support via chat or phone to answer subscriber queries related to Freebox or mobile services.
Schedule and conduct home visits for subscribers.
Report issues encountered to dedicated contacts (managers or other group entities).
Support administrative tasks for field representatives.
