About You and The Role
As Zipline's long-range autonomous drone system continues to deliver millions of medical products across Africa, we are expanding by establishing new distribution centers—the backbone of our operations. Each launch is a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative that demands meticulous project management, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on leadership at the country level. We are in search of a Deployments Project Manager to oversee the local planning and execution of these rollouts. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from site acquisition and permitting to construction, vendor management, and operational handover, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that sites comply with Zipline's technical, safety, and performance standards. This position offers high visibility for a resourceful, technically adept project manager eager to expand Zipline's footprint and create a lasting impact.
