Qualifications
The Construction Inspector will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance and documenting observations at various project sites. This position is primarily based in our Chattanooga, TN office, with regular travel to field locations expected. Responsibilities also include interpreting construction documents, preparing field reports, and maintaining accurate records.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience and understanding of water and sanitary sewer line installations.3-5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.TN EPSC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Additional certifications may be required depending on specific projects.
