60 seconds to napoli is the largest and most renowned brand for Neapolitan pizza, currently operating 27 locations and employing over 1,000 staff across Germany and Switzerland.
In 2026, we plan to open an additional fourteen restaurants both nationwide and abroad. Our pizzerias have become cultural hotspots, offering the highest quality pizzas in Germany: with up to 72 hours of dough resting, a baking time of 60 seconds in a 485-degree oven, and topped with the finest ingredients.
To support our new location projects, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Project Manager/Architect/Civil Engineer to oversee the organization and supervision of active construction sites as well as existing locations.
Your Responsibilities:
Leadership of New Construction and Renovation Projects: You will ensure the successful implementation of new builds and renovations.
Maintenance of Existing Restaurants: You will oversee the upkeep and repairs of our current locations.
Preparation, Updates, and Monitoring of Construction Schedules: You will ensure that projects are completed on time and in line with agreed objectives.
Coordination of Trades: You will coordinate all parties involved to ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring Quality Standards: You will monitor adherence to high quality standards and be responsible for construction quality control.
Cost Control Including Invoice Review and Payment Approvals: You will monitor budget compliance and review invoices for payment.
Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain regular reports and documentation on project progress.
